What is the name of your state? Hawaii

If a spouse was caught cheating and you have witnesses. Can you get a TRO on that person for commiting adultery or how can you end it using the law. especially when the spouse says they are not leaving and you would have to take me to court. Whats the fastest way to get rid of them?
