Hi IAAL,

I was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions for me about divorce in California? If you get a divorce, where is it recorded? At the county level only, or is there a state archive of such records in Sacramento? If so (or if not), how would I go about finding out if I'm still married or divorced after 15 years?

Thanks,

Tim
