What is the name of your state? WI
I was divorced in July of 2002. Our marital settlement agreements states "the parties incomes for the year 2002 shall be reclassified, setting aside the Marital Property Act as it applies to their incomes"
My ex-spouse's accountant says we must file "married" through July and single for the remaining months.
How should I actually file according to WI law?
