What is the name of your state? California. Arrested for cultivation of marjuana for sale,possession for sale, maintain residence for selling. California codes are 258 and 259. also terrorist threats, assault with a weapon firearm on person, resisting arrest, spousal abuse,false imprisonment. california codes for that is, 245 A, PC-FA, 422 PGFA, 236 PC-FA and 148 A-1.
How do we know how to find a good attorney in our area of indio, ca at a fair price or what is a fair price for our particular problem.

Geez Louise! With all of those charges, you're bound to be going away for a mighty, mighty long time. So, you may as well save yourself the money and just walk directly to the prison, close the barred door behind you, and get comfortable - - for the next 20 years.

Shop around for an attorney, check his track record, check references, tell the attorney the truth if you did all of these charges. Take out a loan or two to pay him and move on from there.

**A: what do you mean "move on from there?" There is only so much moving one can do in prison.

This guy isn't convicted yet, so why not give him the chance to go thru the legal game before judgement.

You really don't have time to be on these forums. You need to take care of your 16 year old misfit daughter. You know, she's the one that you loused up on when you were rearing her? She's the one with the drug habit and in juvenile detention. Remember her?
