i was divorced 20+ years ago with the house left his and my names. it stated youngest reached 19 house was to be sold, but we did not. it also states i am to recieve all monies i paid on house since divorce plus 50% of anything above that amount. the house is valued at 55,000 and i have more than that in it. i would like to get his name off the mortgage, since i have paid every one since our divorce, as well as the deed. how can i do this at the least cost to me. there is only 2 and a half years left on loan.
