Help!

What is the name of your state? TX

Help please! I am finalizing my divorce on 1-29-03, and I am trying to find out what the waiting period is for the state of TX when it comes to getting remarried. I am not able to locate it anywhere on the net. I don't know if it is 2months or three months. So if someone has any idea I would really appreciate it if they would let me know. As we are trying to get married by a JP, and then in August do a tropical wedding for our families.

Call your county courthouse or where ever it is that you apply for a marriage license. They should be able to tell you what the waiting period is for getting remarried.
