What is the name of your state? Tennessee.
I am writing on behalf of my friend. I'm looking to find what, if any, legal recourse she may obtain in this matter. While the two were married, pictures of an explicit nature were taken by the Husband of the wife. After they divorced, her pictures started showing up online at various porn sites. They use her pictures in the free galleries as well as have them posted on newsgroups. The ones in pay galleries were sold by the husband to the varied sites. What can she do about it? Does she hold any right to the pictures as the model in them since the pictures were taken in marriage? Would the type of divorce (contested, uncontested) matter?
