What is the name of your state? california

is there a charge of "intent to sell"and is it the same as "sales"?

also, when do prosecuters have to reveal to the defense ,
all evidence and witnesses?

1. Yes and no.
2. The defense will ask for this info as part of the discovery process. I prosecuter will be required to supply the info prior to the trial.
