What is the name of your state? Florida my husband and i have been married 5 years and last april he moved out without my knowledge. he never filed for legal separation or divorce. the house we have i owned before the marriage but did put his name on the deed. he saids he doesnt want the house . can i get him to quit deed it now even though no divorce has started. plus since he hasnt filed for legal separation am i intittle to half of his 401k plan from the time he has moved out.
