What is the name of your state? Kentucky

My niece worked part time this year. She wants to know how to file her taxes in order to get a refund even though she is already being claimed on her father's return?

Her parents are divorced and he gets to claim her as a dependent per their divorce agreement.

She is 16 and made less than $2000.00. She had about $169 federal tax witheld.

File a 1040EZ as a dependent. Taxable income = $0, refund = $169. She can telefile or file at the IRS web site.
