What is the name of your state? Georgia

1. I have had my court date for the divorce in November 02. I have heard nothing from the judge or attorney. Does it usually take this long? Is it improper to call the judge myself to get some kind of status?

2. I received a letter from the attorney saying they wanted to take the case to ADR. Who initiated this and why? Is this a stall tactic?

3. Now that I have been to court, is there any reason to keep my attorney around? Can I get rid of him? There has been no contact since November, yet I still receive bills!

This is getting old!

Thanks in advance.
