Military tax question

What is the name of your state?
I live in PA with my Husband who is active duty USMC. I own my own home based business and need to know which state to file with if any.
My husband is a resident of WV. I am also a resident of WV I think. But we live in PA and have for 1 and 1/2 years.
Military from WV are exempt from State Taxes.
I need to know which state to file with legally.
Confused on this.

Since you have a permanent base in PA, you'll probably have to file in PA. However you may be able to file as a non-resident.
