What is the name of your state? Ohio Can they take you income tax if you file Chapter 7 Banckruptcy?

They can take your refund unless you listed the refund as exempt property in your BK papers. You can amend your list of exempt property if you forgot to list the refund and still have "room" to include it in your list.
