What is the name of your state? ohio, my question is if divorce papers were filed in another state (ok.) with the other party lying about residence and their attorny drops them and the case is currently in default can the first party who filed falsely re-file in the state of ohio and cause this to delay or terminate proccedings on the first filing. thank you for any help i can get.:confused:
