What is the name of your state? hawaii

My wife an american and my son lived with me in thailand.The shock of daily live here threw her running back.I have no plans to go back as I run my company from here.An plan to finish are 10 years and move on.the problem is she ran back with my son and took 30,000 USD from our thai acount.How could I get back the funds and maybe my son.I also have the fear of returning to the us to find some trumped up charge to keep me there etc.Help its been a long 10 years. Iam also an american from hawaii.
