My husband purchased a home 2 years prior to our marriage. Before the wedding, I was putting money and physical labor into extensive renovations on the home and continued to do so after we were married. Obviously, the both of us considered this home to be our marital residence prior to our ceremony. Now that we're gettng divorced 3 years later, what are my distribution rights? Note, I am not on the deed, however I have been on the mortgage for 3 years.
