What is the name of your state? Maryland
Have been separated for over 15 years. Husband is supposed to have remarried. Is there a way to find out if we are divorced?
I have not seen nor heard from him in all this time. Can we be divorced without me knowing?

Check with the county in which you were living at the time you and your spouse split up. He would have, more than likely, filed for divorce in that county. Or if you know what county he moved to check that county. Divorce records are usually kept in the records department of all counties. Good Luck.
