I am asking a question for a friend that is not of sound mind now. Her husband recently filed-and she took it very hard and wants to commit herself to a mental institute. Can the divorce still go thru if she is not here to get served papers. I know she wants to constent it-but i think she suffered a nervouse breakdown she goes to the doctor tomorrow. Need to know how this works to help her.
