What is the name of your state? OK

My husband and I were estranged for 4 years. During this time, we both filed our taxes as HH. We did not live together or have very much contact during this time. We have gotten back together in the past 2 weeks. I have already filed my taxes for this year. He has not. Have we filed incorrectly? If so, How do we correct it? We also need to file Chap 7.

Assuming you both met the requirements for HH, getting back together in 2003 would not affect your filing statuses for 2002 taxes. However, it will be easier if you file from different addresses. Tell him to get a PO box.
