What is the name of your state? NC
My wife and I are legally Separated, have been for 7 months. It was in the Separation Agreement that was signed by her and me that we both are to live as if we are single and may dwell with anyone that we deem fit. Everything was fine until a girl moved in with me a couple of weeks ago and now she is wanting to do a Court Order changing this agreement so that I can't have anyone staying the nights with me when my son is visiting. Can she do this and do you think that the Judge will over-turn it? There is nothing other than Morality which is what she is using for the justification.
