What is the name of your state? CA (related).

Hello. In short I have "overpaid" California state tax ($100.00) and I'm no longer a resident (all of 2002). Basically, it took a few months to stop sending the automatic payments from my retirement pay (military). Is there an easy way to get these monies refunded to me (without going through the rigmarole of filing a full state return?). Is there just a simple form to fil out to recieve this refund? Thanks so much.
