What is the name of your state? Georgia
My Biological Father passed away, he had 4 kids. 3 have been adopted by another man when they where younger. 1 has not been. Do the 3 that have been adopted have any legal right to the estate? There is no will.

If the adoptions were done legally, his parental rights were terminated and the children were no longer considered his. The three children have absolutely no claim to share in the estate.

If he did not have a will, then you are the only child heir, if the facts are as you state. If he was married, his spouse would also be considered an heir, as would his parents and siblings, depending on your state's laws.

You would have standing to open an estate in the state and county where he lived.

I would suggest that you get in touch with an attorney who does probate work/estates work in that state.

There's also information on this website and a bulletin board on probate issues. You might find it helpful to check those out.
