Injured spouse

What is the name of your state? Nevada
Does anyone know anything about injured spouse? I filed that this year because of withholdings due to a student loan from my husband. It doesn't say whether i will get anything back or not on this and I was wondering if anyone has had experience in this area or not. How they figure it ect ect.

It takes at least 2 months to get money & there's no way to figure how much.
