Subject: mothers will

I have 6 siblings and we recently found out that mom has made out a will. She said that she has left her home and property to be split evenly. But she has stated in the will that the house can not be sold for 20 years after her death!! She said she can not stand the thought of someone other than family living in her home. The real problem is all of us own our own homes. None of us want the house, (to be honest we don't have that many good memories there)and we don't want to be saddled with taxes, insurance and upkeep. We have done everything that we can to get her to change this, but she won't budge. Beleive me she is not crazy just stubborn. Is there any way we can get around this after her death.

If everyone agrees, and there is no one who is being harmed, the courts should grant relief. But if you tell Mom now, she'll Will it to the local home for injured pets and you'll all get nothing....
