What is the name of your state? ohio
If a woman will not consent to a dissolution or divorce of any kind, how long does the man have to wait until he can file for no fault divorce? Does the court automatically grant him the divorce after he files? Thanks

If one party wished to no longer remain married to the other party..for whatever the reason, why would the other party not agree to a divorce? In my state, Florida, the court will grant a divorce unless there is good cause for the other party to object, and that good cause is usually only if the parties display, after considerable mediation, a chance and willingness to make it work. Dissolutions are not denied because one party wants to hold on to the other, against their will. Hire a good paralegal and get divorced...move on with life. Not legal advice...life advice.
