We have 5 children ranging in ages 22 to 5 and over $600,000 in assests. Grandparents will also leave children an estate in the 7 figures. What is best, a trust or a corporation? I check your site for an estate lawyer in my state and there are none listed currently.

The question you have is not a trust or a corporation. It is who should be the trustee of the trust you set up (and with minors you need a trust, and with young adults it makes sense to so they spend it on education and not high living). You could choose an individual or two, or a corporate trustee, or an individual to do some functions and a trust company to do the money management and custody of the assets.
