What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

An incarcerated friend of mine has asked me to try and find out if there is any way he can file for divorce while incarcerated. His wife has not filed for divorce and seems to be procrastinating. Is there anything he can file on his own from prison?

My response:

He can file like anybody else who wants to file. His physical location has nothing to do with it. The only real difference is that he's got to convince a Family law attorney to come see him, rather than him going to the office of the Family law attorney. Other than that, there's no difference.
