I have filed for divorce and have completed the petition, summons; UCCJEA; income and expense declaration; property declaration; expense declaration; child support information; income information. I am unable to serve my spouse since she is meth addict. I have 3 children who keep getting hurt in this situation. I can not afford a lawyer and there is not enough time in the day to speak with a free law advisor. I need to protect myself and my children. I need to speak to a judge or something. The latest and greatest is that she stole my car(which is in her name also, but has left me with 3 children and no car). As much advice as possible would be great, but keep it simple please, cause I am doing this alone.

I believe you should file an emergency temporary ex-parte custody order. This means that this is an emergency, the other party does not have to be there, and you will gain temporary custody.
