My father had a stroke and lives in a nursing facility in Arizona. I have taken care of his finances since the stroke. I live in Virginia. I have been counseled to get Power of Attorney (which my father agrees to), but I do not know which state it needs to satisfy -Arizona or Virginia. His bank accounts are in Virginia. Thank you.
