My wife is part owner along with her family members of property, since before our marriage. We file a joint return, for which there are taxes owed on these properties. I pay these taxes from my income. When there has been a small distrubution from these properties, the funds are comingled in our joint accounts. I am very unclear as to how a court would view this property, separate or marital?
