4 months have passed since the death of a parent and as one of the beneficiarys named in the will have yet to get a copy of the will or a summary of the assets and liabilities from the will's executor and was told by said party when I requested this information I should contact their attorney. Do I have any legal rights and does the executor have legal responsibilities in this matter?
