Fact: My husband & I opened a checking acct.Later we added our daughter's name with "or"/right of survivorship. IF: My husband dies, does half of the acct.balance pass to me outside the will & not be subject to fed.estate tx because of unlimited spousal deduction? Does half of it legally belong to my daughter and is there a gift tax involved whether she takes it out or not?
