What is the name of your state? NC

When it states "No Cohabitation" in the Separation Agreement, does this still apply when Divorced? My wife is saying that if someone moves in with me then I won't be able to get my son for the nights during visitation.

Most of the time, what's in the Separation Agreement carries over to the Divorce order unless it specifically says otherwise. Your stbx/ex is probably right. Just remember that it works both ways.
