My grandmother past away on 12/28/99. So far no one has heard anything about a will reading. How long does the executor of the estate have to contact the family? Do you have to be named in the will to be able to see it? (Arizona)

You should contact the lawyer you believe drafted it, or the person you believe was named executor. If you are getting resistance, and you could ask someone who would take if there was no Will to file and seek to be appointed Administrator just as if there was no will. In some states failure to file disqualifies a person as Executor.
