Does a will over ride an annuity?
The Will was made out in 1991 the annuity was purchased in 1994 and the benificiary of the annuity is not named in the will. The owner has passed away, who is entitled to the remaining procceds of the annuity?

The annuity controls and the annuity beneficiary form overrides the Will. An annuity passes by operation of law and is not affected by someone's Will unless the beneficiary of the annuity is the person's estate. Doublecheck with an attorney in your state, but the law is quite clear on this.
