What is the name of your state? Kansas

i was caught for 1 count of possession and 1 count of paraphernalia on nov. 20th, it is now march 6th.

i went to court on dec. 18th and they said they had no charges filed against me yet.

i went home and have heard nothing about it since and they still haven't filed a case against me.

it was a very small amount and we were exceedingly polite and cooperative...does it really take this long for things to get back from the lab and most importantly, is there a time limit in which charges can be brought against me?
