Grandma is still alive but easily led by elder daughter.(Her favorite) Elder daughter has power of attorney and is executor of estate. There is a son (oldest) and another daughter. Elder daughter is trying to take it all! (She is using the technique one for you and three for me) Estate value about $400,000. Do the other siblings have any say at all? This is causing a terrible strain on my fathers health. My siblings and I are very concerned. In your opinion, would getting an attorney involved to represent my fathers interest be feasible? Or is dad and his sister out of luck? We live in Michigan.
