What is the name of your state? missouri if it is stated in the divorce decree the husband is to pay all legal fee's can the wife's attorney bill her?:(

My response:

Yes. The "divorce decree" is between you and your ex - - not the attorney. The attorney, presumably, had you sign a Retainer Agreement with him/her. That's the document that is controlling between you and the attorney.
