What is the name of your state? Oregon
If I file a Schedule F, can I also file Schedule C for the home office expense?

Yes, but you usually don't have an office with a farm. For a cleaner return, you might allocate a little more of the basis to the barn/outbuildings & depreciate the office furnishings/computer separately. Otherwise, you'd take the total from 8829 to the Sch.F, probably as an "Other" expense. Be careful not to double-dip -- you're already prorating the property taxes/utilities/etc & you can't prorate them again for the OIH.
