What is the name of your state? wisconsin
I am married and am divorcing my husband. We rent a home but he does not work and has no unemployment benefits. I am the financial provider in our marriage. Who has the right to remain renting the home and can I make him legally move out? I have 2 minor children (not from him) also. I was on my own 10 years before the marriage took place. (not in this home). He has never lived on his own before. Please give me some advice or the legal law for this matter.

If he is receiving mail at that residence and has lived there for a determined amount of time, it is his legal residence. I would think your best bet is for you to move out.
