What is the name of your state? Arizona, I am planning on leaving my husband. Can he report the truck stolen when both are names are on it? I plan on running and am very scared that he can do something to me if i take the truck.

Connie, I am not advising you of what to do. Only telling you what I would do if in your situation...my friend was in the same situation. If I were serious about running, I would leave the truck...especially if I didn't want my husband to find me or legally sue me for theft ( if that's possible ). I don't really know the laws very well...but I wouldn't take a chance like that. I hope this helped and Good Luck!
