I was leagually seperated in Ky but now live in TN. Support of $700.00 was ordered in the seperation. I wish to file for divorce. Will my support payments remain the same amount i agreed to in the seperation or will it be taken into account we have been seperated 4 years and he has mad no attempt to get diability or work since he quit working when I left 4 years ago.Will there ever be a time I won't have to pay spoucil support?We were married 35 years and she has a college education and had worked our entire marriage as i have.
