What is the name of your state?

TENNESSEE
I have filed my own divorce papers, it is uncontested, but a new financial arrangement has been agreed to since the papers were filed. What do I have to do to amend them to have the new agreement supercede the old one? Court date April 7th, 2003 and I would like to have them changed before I go to court, so I don't have this dragged on any longer than necessary. Do I just fill out a new agreement, have it signed and notorized with a current date??? and file it before the court date?
