What is the name of your state? illinois

i am currently in the middle of a neasty divorce/custody.
i feel i have been and am being investigated on every possible level but yet i don't see my own attorney doing anything whatsoever to my soon to be ex other than answering everything his attorney asks for. i feel she (my attorney) isn't doing anything and when i try to speak with her i get the run around and end up talking to her secretary once again.
i am do to be deposed this friday and was only given 4 business days to prepare and they are asking for alot of documents.
i have spoken to the "secretary" and she is thinking it should be no big deal, and my attorney hasn't even discussed this with me or told me what to do...
i am really worried. my attorney sent me a letter that said to meet her 15 minutes prior to the depo...how is 15 mins going to prpare me??
and should i try and postpone the depo because like i said i was only given 4 business days to come up with alot of stuff and on top of that this is the week i have my children (we are in 7 day intervals) and i feel i am being rushed to provide these docs and i am having to take time away from my children.

please someone with knowledge in this matter help me.
much appreciated in advance.
thank you.
