What is the name of your state? ohio
had a friend that got divorced ,the attorney didn't present the
proof ., his wife signed his name to 26 credit cards ran up $130,000 in debt. she left the marriage , he's paying her $600.00
alimony , took this clear to the supreme court, no one wants to listen, even tried to get her for signing his name to all the credit
cards the jury said he would have to put it back in divorce court.
She is in contempt of court for not paying a monthly bill that she
was told to pay by the court filed papers , but the court just
ignores this. , the judge split the martial property down the middle saying he owes her $193,000 ,if he doesn't pay there going to foreclose and sell the property, served papers 2 days ago. this is not right ,we are suing his lawyer for malpractice.
is there any way the case can be reopend, or get another judge
  help
