Wisconsin: I've come across a statement that reads in the state of Wisconsin, there is legislation that punishes infidelity as a felony for at least one of the involved parties. I'm not able to find any legal references and would like to know more about this. Would you explain the legislation and/or have a reference for research on this issue? Any help would be most appreciated.

You might check for dumb or strange law or urban legends on websites like the follwing. Just copy and paste the link in the url window without the "url" on either side of the link and hit the "enter" key.
