prenuptial agreement

Is it possible for an engaged couple to write up their own prenuptial agreement - get one attorney to look it over for validity - and then everybody sign it ...and then feel confident that it would stand as a legal document if it ever came to using it?
The state would be Tennessee.

Yes if each of you got advice from / was represented by a separate attorney and gave each other full disclosure.
