My father died in 1990 and left his home to my sister and me. We were minors at the time. He also left us each about 50,000 cash. The cash was put in my Uncle's name but in trust. He has depleted this money and declared bankruptcy. Furthermore he owns the home and I supposedly cannot have it until I turn 30. By then he will have probably depleted it's value in mortgages. I want to seize the house now and and get him removed as executor due to his criminal and evil actions. He told me probate is closed and that I can do nothing until I am 30. That is 7 years from now. He also refuses to let me live in the home, however my sister lives there.

If he depleted the trust fund money it is FRAUD and NOT DISCHARGEABLE in the bankruptcy. It may also be a criminal action. Do not believe him that there is nothing that can be done and get a lawyer to represent you NOW - at least the corrupt guy can be replaced as Trustee.
