his sister is executor of his will.
The sister and I have never gotten along and I don't expect to get anything but I'm concerned about our kids. Will the lawyer contact us about the will? or will everything go through her.

Also, I'm pretty sure he had some life insurance policies for our kids. Can she contest those in any way? Will the insurance company contact us directly?

The kids are 18 and 12
