Unmarried in NY and caretaker since he's sick w/early stage alzheimers and chronic lung condition, currently medicare...if lung condition requires hospitalization in future or we try to get him on medicaid..can medicaid take the apt. he owns??? We have just added my name to the apt stock certificate. Do I have cause to worry?
